• Contact details - name, email, phone or phone number, and business name you share when you inquire or place an order.
• Intake chat - questions and brief details you type in the on-site assistant, used to answer questions and start an order. Chat messages are processed by our AI provider to generate replies.
• Project materials - footage, briefs, brand assets, captions, and feedback you send via email, Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or our upload links.
• Payment information - processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data - basic site analytics such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address.

Project files are kept only as long as needed to deliver your order and handle revisions, then deleted or archived on a reasonable schedule unless you ask us to retain them longer or law requires otherwise. Contact details for completed orders may be retained for accounting and support.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@videoeditorsnow.com. You can also opt out of non-essential marketing messages at any time. Transactional messages about active orders may still be sent.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive credentials with your footage.

We work with clients worldwide. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using our services you understand that local laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
